General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to folliculitis. If you send a picture of then it will be more helpful to identify the problem. For such condition in my patients i advise local betadine ointment and glycerine magsulf application. If the infection is severe then i advise oral antibiotics. In case of abscess i advise incision and drainage. Hope this may help you.
Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
I find this answer helpful
