What Causes Bumps On Inner Labia?

i have very little bumps on the inside of my labia. they only hurt when you touch it. the past couple weeks i have been using creams because i have had a hemorrhoid. i haven t had sex in months and I m gay so i have only had sex with a girl. I really just want to know what these bumps are

There is a possibility of folliculitis.
Folliculitis is a bacterial infections.
Treatment is with antibiotics but the choice of antibiotics should be based on culture and sensitivity tests.
Please meet a dermatologist and request to do culture and sensitivity test on pus obtained from the lesion for exact diagnosis.
Once the exact bacteria is known, specific treatment can be given.
Improper use of antibiotic can lead to resistance.
