What Causes Bumps On My Scrotum?

Hi, I have these weird bumps on my scrotum, bottom of my penis, and upper, inner thighes, and well on the inside of my butt. I have been to a doctor and he said I have have some form of fungal infection or groin tinea. He lead me onto this cream, which doesn't seem to be working very well. I am 14 (dark skinned) and going through puberty and I am not sexually active, so that counts out any sexually transmitted diseases. I have had this for about a year, and have finally decided to get it checked out, I have also shaved all of my pubes so I chould get a better look at this "tinea" but, I think I might have irritated the skin. so to sum it up I have three questions. What do I have? Can I cure it? Is this going to affect me and my girlfriend when we finally decide to have sex?

Hi,

This is kind of infection that leads to bumps. It is curable. You need to treat this infection before you mate your girlfriend. Use Miconazole Nitrate ointment for local application over the bump. Use good antiseptic cream like Soframycin to apply over bumps. Take oral course of tablet amoxicillin and Fluconazole to cure bumps early. Work with your primary care doctor to achieve these.
