Hello sir and welcome.

A physical examination by your doctor would have been the most accurate, as far as a diagnosis is concerned. But if at all you are not satisfied with the diagnosis and need more convincing then it would b best to get an STD-panel conducted.

An STD-panel would help in confirming/ruling out any STDs (e.g. gonorrhoea, chlamydia, HSV 1, HSV 2, HIV, trichomoniasis, syphilis, etc.). And if at all STDs are ruled out, then we can confirm your doctors diagnosis of Fordyces spots. Please also feel free to write to me using our premium service, wherein you can attach images of the affected region if you are comfortable doing so, for my examination.

Best wishes.
