What Causes Bumps On Penis?

Hi, I have just recently discovered these bumps on my penis. There is a small one on my head, and two bumps larger in diameter below that. There is no discharge, no burning. It just itches really bad. There is no head on these bumps. But I have just recently started a new job in a fiberglass plant about two months ago. It is very very hot inside of my work, sometimes reaching 120 degrees. And I sweat all day long, especially on my pelvic region. So I believe that it is heat bumps or heat rash. No signs of STD s

I really appreciate your concern, such itching lesion could be due to fungal infection, if I would be doctor of this case then I would treat this case with "Mometasone with Miconazole" cream, no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
