What Causes Bumps On Pubic Area?

I have these bumps on my pubic area and I don t know what they are! I am sexual active but my partner does not have herpes or any other std. The sores are bumps and open sores. They have hair growing out of them so I don t think they are herpes because many websites I have looked at say hair can not grow out of herpes sores. The sores itch and burn. Please help
