What Causes Bumps On Pubic Area?

Hello, I am wondering what this means...I get these cyst or bump type of things on my pubic area and it is 1 in only one spot & I thought maybe it was caused by friction from my under garments or maybe an ingrown hair & I really dont know but i am freaking out.

Hi,
It seems that there might be having some infection due to shaving, ingrown hair follicle infection or dermatitis.
Apply triple acting cream locally.
Keep local part well shaved, clean, dry and airy.
Ok and take care.
