General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Cysts or lumps occurring following intercourse might be due to bacterial infections or minor infectious conditions like sebaceous cyst, Bartholin's cyst, genital herpes or warts. I advise you to:
- Do swab test from the secretion of the cysts
- Antibiotics (tab. Amoxiclav 625mg twice daily)
- Daily Sitz bath
- Analgesics (Ibuprofen) to get relieved of pain
- Safe sex to avoid infections

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Yogapriya Vasudevan, General & Family Physician
