my buddy just told me (and no I am not saying that to cover for myself) that he found bumps around his area not sure exactly where though but he said they did bleed I don t know if he picked them or not however the reason of concern is he did just have sex with a women on Saturday/ Sunday morning he saw them on today so that s around 4 days since he did were a condom but he did go down on her the day before if I could get some info on what this could be such as a STD that would be great
Cysts or lumps occurring following intercourse might be due to bacterial infections or minor infectious conditions like sebaceous cyst, Bartholin's cyst, genital herpes or warts. I advise you to: - Do swab test from the secretion of the cysts - Antibiotics (tab. Amoxiclav 625mg twice daily) - Daily Sitz bath - Analgesics (Ibuprofen) to get relieved of pain - Safe sex to avoid infections
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Yogapriya Vasudevan, General & Family Physician
