What Causes Bumps On The Base Of Penis?

Hello, I am 19 years of age and have just discovered bumps on the base of my penis, but I do not think it is herpes. What could it be? If I pinch or play with the bump, it feels like a foam ball. There are multiple about 1mm in diameter. I will contact a doctor tomorrow but would like a more immediate response. Thank you.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to Fordyce spots. It is harmless also. If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful in identifying that. Using garlic more in your diet, taking antioxidants and change sweaty clothes in time all helps to get rid off this. Tretinoin ointment for local application also will be helpful. Better to show a dermatologist and rule out.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
