What Causes Bumps On The Body?

I have four bumps total on my body, under the skin. One on each arm on the top/side, in the same location on each arm; one one right arm near elbow; and one on the middle of my left leg facing inwards. Recently the bumps on my arms have become more swollen and red. The only trauma incurred has been an injection in each arm of phenergan about three months ago. These bumps showed up about two months ago. No other symptoms.
