What Causes Bumps On The Face And Neck While On Doxycycline?

I am on doxycycline for sinus infection and take Medes for RA which are tramadol, meloxicam, folic acid, aspirin, d3. Have not taken my enbrel or methotrexate because of infection. Now got bumps on face and neck. Is it a reaction with Medes or allergy to antibiotic?
