What Causes Bumps On The Face And Nose?

Hi, my skin all over my face except my nose has suddenly turned bumpy. They are not large bumps but it seems like every one of my pores has turned into a tiny bump. The areas with the bumps turn red easily but do not hurt, itch or peel. The areas with the bumps almost feel a little numb. What is this mysterious rash and how can I get rid of it?
