General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

From the history you have given about skin condition. Two possibilities are there.

1. It must be some bacterial infection which can be treated with some antibiotic.

2. It may be a condition named sebaceous cyst which means blocked and hardened sebum gland in skin which will have characteristic black dot in middle on a skin bump. If it is so it may need small surgical procedure.

So please consult a paediatrician or dermatologist to decide what is the condition accurately.

Hope your doubt is clarified. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sagar
