Hi i have small Bumps on both chicks inside my mouth i was a regular consumer of tobacco (khaini) & Cigarettes for 2-3 years But have quit now, this bumps are inside my mouth for more than a year or two, when i checked with ENT specialist he handed me anxiety medicine & advised nothing to be worried about unless it gets big. Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that small bumps inside the mouth on the inner cheeks that are painless and does not increase in size can be raised Sebaceous glands and are known as Fordyce's spots..
They are normal anatomical structures and will not get resolved or regressed as they are not pathological and does not need any treatment for resolution..
I would however suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can help in confirmation..
In case if it is fordyce's spots you do not need any treatment as they are harmless and only needs treatment if there is any cosmetic problem..
It can be treated however with laser removal..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
