What Causes Bumps On The Neck And A Blister On The Tongue?

I just realized I have bumps on back of my neck. I ve also got shopped lip and a blister on my tongue. Ive had a lot of squamous due to sun exposure. I just finished 10 days of antibiotics for pneumonia twice. The first antibiotics didn t help. The second X-ray showed a worse lung.

Hi,

Bumps on back of the neck can be due to infection of the hair follicles or Folliculitis while blister on the tongue can be due to the canker sore.

Both these conditions may or may not be related to each other and might need a medical examination for confirmation.

For bumps at the back of the neck if it is due to Folliculitis you can apply Muricoprin ointment over it.

Keep the area clean and do not let sweat accumulate in that area. Do cool compresses.

For the sore on the tongue, you can apply numbing gel like Lidocaine over it if it is painful and does warm saline gargles. Avoid spicy and irritant foods.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
