Hello,

Your bumps are indicative of pearly penile papules. It is not sexually transmitted and is not caused by bad hygiene. These bumps are not harmful. They do not cause any pain or any other symptom. In some it may disappear with age, but it can be removed for cosmetic purpose by laser therapy, cryotherapy, or excision by surgery. You can get it clinically examined by a GP / Dermatologist. Get it treated / removed.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
