What Causes Bumps On The Sides Of The Vagina?

I have noticed bumps on the side of my vagina. They never bleed or pop but seem to linger.. They have been there for six months. Sometimes they are larger and other times small. I was test for warts and my test came back inconclusive? Ive had 2 biopsys...Any ideas?
I was tested for HSV both strands were negative at 6 months. Ive only had oral sex in the last 3 yrs....Could this be a long lasting 1st outbreak?
I dont know what to do to solve this...I will say that anti virals make th bumps shrink
