What Causes Bumps On The Tail Bone?

I have these golf ball size bumps at the top of my buttcrack on my tailbone. They are very painful to sit and lay down. I got them once before workin in a warehouse too and now I do housekeeping. I rarely get them but when I do it s so painful to even walk sometimes
