What Causes Bumps On The Testicles?

I have a bump I believe to be a syst on both the testicles. The right one became tinder but In a about 2 days came out and left a hole which I clean regular. The left one was smaller now it s grown some and is very uncomfortable non stop. I have attempted to squeeze it out very gently but the pain is ridiculously not fun. It s been about 2 days now I have had the discomfort. No insurance either what can I do at home?
