Hello I share your concern Since you both are having similar kind of lesion which could be related to infection or inflammation of your genitals If you can upload a photograph I will be able to guide you better I see patients with similar problem in my clinic routinely and I would advise them for a battery of test in order to get an exact diagnosis like blood for hemoglobin, CBC, Liver function test, blood sugar and serological test for herpes and syphilis you both may require a course of antibiotics under supervision. Meanwhile wash it properly with an antiseptic soap or solution and keep it moist by applying antibacterial ointment like mupirocin or soframycin. Avoid sex until it heals completely Have plenty of fluids and multivitamin supplements Change and replace your undergarments after placing under sunlight.
