What Causes Bumps Under The Penis And Frequent Urge To Urinate After Having Sex?

Alright doc I got a problem.me and my ex met up again and things escalated. we had sex for a while. The next morning I had a few bumps on the bottom of my penis. I didn t worry about.it.because that s usually normal. But.I ve also.been very depressed and now.I have a knot in my inner upper thigh and when I finish peeing it feels like I.need to keep peeing. We had sex about two weeks.ago and the new problems just started about a week. That s when.I stopped sleeping. I can t evenget anerection anymore and I m alittle worried to death. Any ideas??

Hello,

The genital bumps with frequent urge to urinate indicate a sexually transmitted infection in terms of chlymidia, herpes or others.

My suggestions at this point are
- do not neglect the symptoms and immediately consult your primary care provider for getting evaluated with basic lab tests including blood, urine and swab tests of the discharge.
- avoid sex till complete recovery
- drink plenty of liquids
- keep the areas clean with antiseptic liquid and apply polymycin cream
