What Causes Bumpy Rashes On Penis Head While The Penis Is Erect?
Hello , when erect i can notice like small spots or bumbs on the penis head , only when erect though and when touching them there not even bumpy but you can see them under light.. Also the head and the skin when the foreskin comes back is red , not hurting , not itchy but red. I ve tried coconut oil , ive tried keeping it dry , ive tried clotrimazole cream but nothing seems to help. It may take down the redness but it still there. Need some help.
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I have read your description and understand your concern. Small red spots what you have been noticing on the head of the penis when erected could be due to small petechiae haemorrhages underneath the skin due to over-stretching of the skin. Kindly wash the area with mild antiseptic solution like Savlon twice a day. Following drying, apply moisturizer lotion. Wear loose fitting undergarments till the lesions heal. Maintain good genital hygiene. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
