What Causes Burning And Itching Around My Vagina And Anus?

I get random itching in the labia minora, and on the bottom of the right side of the minora in the fourchette area it get a feeling of a papercut every on e in a while. I also have discomfort in the anal area and i have been tested and came back negative been on going for a few months, with burning and itching/irritation.
