What Causes Burning And Itching Rash On Arm And Shoulder?

I have a rash are I think its a rash starter two weeks ago with hives burning itching now its back no big welts smaller ones on arm swollen and hard and some red and itchy spots underside of arm on shoulder and side can you help distinguish what it is

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a contact dermatitis. I recommend to use an antihistamines such as Cetirizine 10 mg daily. I also suggest using a cortisone cream such as Hydrocortisone cream for local application.
