General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to fissure or fistula.

For further assessment you may require rectal examination after surgeon consultation.

For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen.

Along with that you can apply lignocaine Jelly locally.

Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale, Family and general physician
