What Causes Burning And Swelling With Rash Under Breast?

hi, I am a daily user of clotrimazole solution under breast daily due to yeast. recently I developed a awful burning red swollen looking rash under both breast and spreading . I stopped wearing under wire bras and the med is not helping just makes burn more. cold packs help with pain. please help?

The burning and spreading rash seems to be of fungal infection of tinea. The Clomitrazole doesn't seems to be effective for curing the infection. You may need high oral and local antifungal agents like Terbinafine and Fluconazole to cure this. I will suggest you go consult a dermatologist for proper examination and treatment accordingly.
