What Causes Burning And Tingling Sensation In Groin And Legs?

I have had this burning, tingling sensation in my groin and legs for quite a few years now. I also suffer from ED and despite trying Cialis have not had an erection for about six years. I have been to my GP and he says it is all down to anxiety but I feel it is more than that. It seems worst at night and it is affecting my sleep. It is really driving me crazy.
