What Causes Burning Chest Pain, Neck Stiffness And Throat Pain?

I HAVE BEEN TO The hospital four times in the past month it started with chest pain and burning in my chest feeling of i couldnt breath then it wentto my neck and it started to become stiff then it went to my right and my left side right below my ribs then spread upward into myribs and then into my chest again feels like its on fire and then its now making my throat hurt and i keep getting the shakes i feel like the life is being sucked out of me day by day please help me

So better to consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions.
Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution.
You may need anxiolytic drugs too.
