What Causes Burning Feeling Inside Upper Body And Chest Area?

I have a burning feeling inside my body. Upper body. Chest area. It feels very hot. Like burinh inside. I also have aches. These aches are in the hips and legs and today I have stabbing pains in my right foot. I also am very tired and have a slight rash on my face.

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history and symptoms given here I could say that this could be due fibromyalgia and more or less this is the functional condition try to come out of this condition for the pain you can try any NSAID (Non Steroid Anti-inflammatory Drugs) and best would be Diclofenac 50 mg once in day but best would be relaxation therapy, no need to worry this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
