What Causes Burning In My Chest After Eating Cereal?

I chocked on milk this morning why eating cereal. Coughed it up and then all of of sudden I got this unbearable burning in my chest and back for like 30 sec and went away but not feeling to well just tired I sneezed a little bit ago and same thing burning for like 40 sec never felt that before now my left ear hurts

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion you are having acute gastritis.
Points in favour of this diagnosis are vomiting after eating and sudden acute burning pain in stomach. All are due to hyperacidity.
So better to follow these for symptomatic relief.
1. Avoid hot and spicy food.
2. Avoid stress and anxiety .
3. Avoid large meals, take frequent small meals.
4. Start proton pump inhibitor and antiemetic combination.
5. Keep 2-3 pillows in bed to prevent acid reflux.
6. Loose weight if you are obese.
7. Quit smoking and alcohol if you are taking.
You will be alright after doing these lifestyle modifications.
