What Causes Burning In Roof Of Mouth After Eating Spicy Food?

2 days ago i ordered Habenero Sauce with my meal at Mccdonalds it was too spicy so i had 2 glasses of water and 1 bottle of soda to get rid of the spice and it barley worked. Now for the past 2 days the roof of my mouth, throat and food pipe burn really bad it hurts to swollow and even eat food. Is there something i can do here at home to treat this or do i need to see a doctor?
