What Causes Burning In The Penis While Urinating?

hi there, im 20 years old and about two days ago it would start to burn imeadiatly after i peed, and it would burn at the very tip of my penis, also yesterday i found a bump on the underside of it. the bump doesnt hurt at all and im not sure if its related. should i be concearned?

Hi, I think you have got some urine infection. Do a urine routine and microscopy and a culture. You may need some antibiotics. Drink lot of water and take some urine alkaliser. Consult a surgeon. Get yourself examined for the bump.Hope I have answered your question.
