ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

I believe, it is acidity which is bothering you. Take tablet Pantoprazole 1 tablet at once daily before breakfast for 1 month.

If you fail to speak in fluid sentences, then you need to consult a neuromedicine to see if there any causes of it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rajat Basak
