What Causes Burning Inside The Vagina?

I think I have a vaginal yeast infection. I have burning inside my vagina. Have been tested for stds recently and all has come back negative expect hsv 1. My doc said its oral herpes and was not that concern about it. But my the burning I'm having is different from past yeast infections
