What Causes Burning, Itchy Rash With Brown Flakes On My Face, Neck, Armpits, And Other Areas 3 Years After Treating Scabies, Lice, And Hookworm?

Hi I have been treated for scabies and body lice and lice and I still have the rash on four head and mostly little like slivers of dark brown to black on my face then moves down my neck to the back of neck and arm pits then down stairs and it burns itches I get brown flakes out of skin ever three hours and it s here still 3 years later I also had hook worm as well
