Hi..
Can understand your concern..

As per your complain burning and numbing of tongue along with fatigue and burning sensation in eyes and blurring vision indicates that you may have dry mouth and dry eyes leading to the following symptoms and all are indicative of Sjogren's syndrome in which dry eyes and dry mouth are hallmark features..

It is an autoimmune disease in which the body's self immunity damages body organs and the tear glands and salivary glands are damaged leading to insufficient tears and saliva and the following symptoms occurs due to it..

I would suggest you to consult a physician or an oral pathologist and get evaluated..

For relieving the eye blurring and burning you can instill artificial tears in eyes for soothing effect..

For mouth burning and numbing sensation you can use Saliva substitutes like Artificial saliva containing methyl cellulose for relief..

Saliva stimulants like sour candies and sugar free chewing gums can be helpful in stimulating saliva flow..

Pilocarpine drug has also been used to promote secretion of glands and can be taken to get increased flow of saliva and tears..

You can suck on ice pops to get relieved..

Drink plenty of water to maintain hydration and prevent drying of mouth preferably cold water..

Avoid hot and spicy food..

Maintain a good oral hygeine to prevent other infections like thrush..

Hope this information helps..
