What Causes Burning Pain At T1 Site After Back Injury?

i think i injured my back. i am having extreme burning pain at t1 location. it is not refering pain but i have have strange sensations such as : intermitent sharp pains in lower anterior intercostals, pin prick pain in ears, and what feels like drops of cold water on my face chest and arms. should i go to the hospital?
