What Causes Burning Pain In Abdomen Along With Belching?

I am having a burning pain in my mid abdomen this has happened in the past but today it was more intense burning. I have had this before in the same exact area it is right below the xiphoid process and if I press into the area sometimes it will cause me to belch. Today it was bother me to the point where when I was swallowing food I was feeling it burn down that area as I ate almost like a sensation of the food going through that area with a burn. I took this morning some heartburn medication this morning Omeprazole but it did not help at all. Belching seems to help a little. It is almost like if I take both sets of my fingers and press put then under where the rib cage is on each side pressing from under and slow pulling outward it is where the pain is and sometimes I belch.

Such symptoms of abdomen discomfort and pain may be due to hyperacidity and "Omeprazole is the best drug to treat this condition if the dose is not correct then this may not be working well, so I would like to suggest the dose for this and that is "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg" once in day at evening time and this always be taken with "Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day and this need to be taken at evening time too treatment need to be continue for 4 weeks, hope this information helps, take care.
