I feel like my insides are on fire.... It is radiating from my chest down my arms even into my head. No pain- just like I m on fire from the inside. I m nauseous as well..... We are out of town and ate somewhere new and I ate too much, with a margarita. Side note- I was stung by a bee 8 days ago- it swelled, itched, went down, and I noticed yesterday that it swelled again.... Could one thing have to do with another? Could I have a bacterial infection. I m briefly freaking out. I can t get this burning feeling to go away.
