What Causes Burning Pain In Inner Thigh?

Some mornings I wake up, and when I stretch, my right inner thigh, usually starts burning, and I sometime feel paralyzed, and the pain is excruciating. Does this mean that I'm not getting enough hydration to my muscles, or is there something else going on?

HI
Well come to HCM
Because of the poor posture during sleep this is just likely, try to maintain the good posture during sleep, try aerobic exercise prior to sleep, drinking sufficient water is good habit, but your symptoms may not be due to less water intake still you have to drink more water, have a nice day.
