Hi,
I understand your concern.
The burning in center of breast ( without any lump/ tenderness in breast)at your age can be due to-
-Hormonal imbalance,
- vertebral column problem ( vertebral degeneration/ disc problem ) causing nerve compression in certain posture.
Please consult an orthopedic doctor/ gynecologist .
Hormone replacement/ physiotherapy would be line of treatment depending on the cause.
Thanks.
