What Causes Burning Pain In Right Side Of The Abdomen And Gastric Issues?
My ultrasound shows gas, labs are normal but I have a burning pain on my right side of my abdomen. Pain has been off and on for about 5 months. Now it primarily hurts when I bend over or twist to my left. The pain fills like something is pulling between my back and front below rib cage when I bend Any suggestions

Your symptoms point towards chronic gastritis pain. For that empirically rabeprazole like antacid can be prescribed.
It's advisable to investigate with urea breath test to rule out h. Pylori infection. You can revert back with any reports if done.
