What Causes Burning Pain In The Back, Shoulder And Arm?

Recently received a blow directly to spine between shoulder blades didn t feel any harm until next day, it felt like my Shoulder was dislocated, painful, it has elevated and travel down arm to nforearm and is much like a burning or carpul tunnel pain although throughout the entire regian of back shoulder and r/arm where the pain stops is near wrist and it is especially sensitive. Does this sound to you like nerve damage, could it be perminant, especially the pain?

Hi,

The nerve roots are for both upper limbs originating from C5 to T1 vertebrae.

The impact may be due to a blow on back muscles and nerve roots for both limbs may cause neuropathic pain.

Please take rest and use cold and warm compression. Use tablet Pregabalin.

If symptoms not improved please consult your physician/neuro physician, they will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
