General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Burning and pinching feeling while urination could be a urinary tract infection (urethritis, cystitis) or stone in the lower urinary tract.
I would suggest to undergo the urine routine, microscopic and culture and USG scan to rule out the above cuse after consulting the MD physician.
Doctor will give you following advises:
Tablet septran plus nitrozolium
Tablet pyridium, syrup cital
Drink plenty of water and fruit juice of the cranberry, orange and the pine apple.
Do not delay in empty the bladder and empty the bladder completely.
Hope this may help you
