What Causes Burning Pain In Thigh And Swollen Lymph Node?

Hello Dr.
I have burning pain in my left thigh and hip area, accompanied by a slightly swollen lymph node. The pain is beneath the skin, the surface is cool to the touch. I have been diagnosed with shingles type symptoms in the past, however I have not had the lesion on my lower tail bone area this time.( Have been very run down with little sleep, and high stress lately) Is this possibly a symptom of one of the herpes viruses?

Hi, dear I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You have enlarged inguinal lymphnode. It can be due to some infection. Chances of herpesvirus are low. You should take antibiotics treatment. If it doesn't respond to treatment then biopsy diagnosis is advisable.
Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly. Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
