What Causes Burning Pain In Upper Back Along With Nausea?
hi , I am suffering from a burning like pain in the upper back to sometimes middle part. it burns a lot some days and at night, sometimes I have nausea on and off,sometimes it seems to go up my neck and it feels stiff and causes ahead ache sometimes. my dr says its acid reflux but I feel its more or something else.what kind of test can I take to find out exactly what it is.I bothers me most of the day what else mite it be.

From history it seems that you might be having acid reflux or gastritis giving this problem.Take Omeprazole medicine for some time and see the improvement.
Avoid aerated drinks, fried, chilies and junk food.
Take enough milk.
Go for EKG and tread meal test to rule out any cardiac ailment.
