What Causes Burning Pain On The Left Back With Vertigo?

I got a sprain kind of burning pain,on left back,when i tried to stretch my right hand to keep a pen on table nearby. then i could feel that my head is rotating and sat down in a chair. for a while, I could hear that somebody calling for help, then i didnot know anything for few seconds...i couldnt feel the pain also... i just could feel that something is wrong in my head(low pressure kind of feeling) and i recovered and in another 3-4mintues.
