General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The burning sensation in the right shoulder seem to be related to a pinched nerve in the shoulder. It is not related to a cardiac issue. I suggest using anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen 400 mg. If the symptoms continue, I suggest to do an X-ray of the shoulder or ct scan for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
