What Causes Burning Pain Radiating From Legs To Hip?

Hi I keep getting this burning pain that shoots down my legs from my hip area it is really painful, it occurs everytime I take part in sports such as running or boxing etc also in my right tricep area u have a similar like pain which occurs most when Im sleeping

You're experiencing what is called as compression neuropathy and condition afflicting the lower limb seems to be sciatica. Treatment includes Tablet diclofenac 50mg+paracetamol 325mg+chloroxazone 250mg combination drug one stat whenever pain is aggravated. For further evaluation get MRI spine after orthopedic opinion.
