What Causes Burning Penile Pain Despite Taking Azithral And Cenfarte For Cystitis?

sir I had been having burning pain in the penis for the past eight months I had visited doctors taken urine culture test,ultra sound,urine test,first it was found to be cystitis and was given punox 600mg..after then cenfate 500 mg was given..and the last time it was found albumin tract..and was given azithral 500 mg.I had also taken percin 600mg .but the pain it is still persisting .I had no pain during urine or urge to urine .

Hi,

If it's not Urinary Tract infection (since you don't have symptoms). We can think of other causes
- Neuropathy
- Decreased blood supply
- Spinal injury - doing a spinal scan, blood sugar, penile doppler will help you.
